HARD BOILED EGGS: Add 2 tablespoons distilled vinegar for every quart of water to keep hard boiled eggs from cracking. It also makes them easier to shell.

REMOVE ODERS from your hands that onion garlic or fish create if you rub apple cider vinegar on them, before and after you slice vegetables or clean fish.

CLEAN FOOD before serving fruits and vegetables to eliminate any pesticide residue, hidden dirt or insects, by rinsing them in 4 tablespoons cider vinegar stirred into 1 gallon (3.7 liters) cold water.

FOR STAINLESS STEEL AND COPPER COOKWARE A few tablespoons of vinegar mixed with tablespoon of salt makes an excellent cleaner after cooking, and to remove embedded food with a toothbrush using this solution. This vinegar and salt mixture can also remove oxidation from copper-clad cookware and make it shine with practically no rubbing required.
