SCIENCE TEEN VIDEO – Synaptic Cleft
GREAT NEW SCIENCE VIDEO
Learning via RAP, winner of best individual science video award was given to this one created by a group of students. The students take a topic of interest (in this case addiction to nicotine and how that happens in the body and its ramifications), launching it into a rap song, with graphics and related words as a learning tool. Their premise is based on a science study that if people remember the lyrics, they make synaptic connections to the graphics and to the meaning of the lesson, all at once.
