LUNCH IN THE WHITE HOUSE
First Ladies Nancy Reagen and Michelle Obama lunch at The White House
First Lady Michelle Obama and former First Lady Nancy Reagan lunched at the White House today over much fanfare. Millions are inspired by and admire these women worldwide for their values, contribution, and comportment, not to mention great fashion flare. The Reagans have been clients of ISA since they left the White House (see more on Ronald Reagen in our Gallery). We can personally confirm that Mrs. Regan knows how to run a great home, whether in the role as First Lady or in private life.
Our prediction is that Michelle Obama will set a new precedent on many levels of service to the White House as First Lady as we are already seeing. Both of these women are truly inspirational. The lunch came after President Obama signed a bill creating the Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission, which will honor the 100th anniversary, in 2011, of the late president’s birth. The dedication was televised worldwide. It brought a tear to many who have fond memories and great admiration for the service Ronald Reagan gave to his country, and to the world at large.
OBAMAS ROMANTIC DATE IN NEW YORK
Just a quick comment on those who feel the Obamas should not have had a “date night†in New York, I offer this. If the President could and would have invited his lady to a date in his private life in New York, why should he be forced to give that up as President for the years in service to us? Who among us would wish for a President to forfeit his romantic personal life for service in office? And if you are among those that do, then we suggest you take your significant other to a dinner and theater date in New York immediately. It is absurd and petty to be critical of this wonderful example of romance in marriage being alive and well in the White House. Our TIP for today to the Obamas, ignore all naysayers who clearly have no clue about a little Romance with work! If we all heeded their advice, the world would be minus a value. A value we surly do not wish to lose. The Reagens also had a great romantic marriage that was inspirational. TIP: The value that close marriages provide to successful staffing, among other things, is that it makes for a much happier and optimally functioning home to run more smoothly.
